An independent Scientific Selection Board (SSB) is a key success factor for the REPAIR Impact Fund. The SSB will help the REPAIR Impact Fund identify the most promising companies and projects. The members are experienced and are drawn from both academia and the biotech industry. They all have experience in antimicrobial agent development. Good science is the essential starting-point for the project, and the SSB will very carefully examine the science, the justification and the feasibility of each project.

Organizationally, the REPAIR Impact Fund resides in Novo Holdings as a separate investment budget led by Seed Investments. This is the Novo Holdings team dedicated to the REPAIR Impact Fund.
